Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new
business, acting as the primary point of contact for contract
strategy, drafting, and execution
Participate in pipeline review sessions with the sales team to
advise on commercial approaches and address potential contractual
risks
Independently draft and validate sales contracts, ensuring
compliance with internal policies and facilitating collaboration
with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration,
information systems, management, or a relevant area
Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience in procurement,
finance, legal, or sales support
Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential
Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly
desired
