Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Client
Services to lead digital transformation and foster strategic
partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth and transformation efforts among existing clients and
support business development initiatives
Establish the company as a trusted advisor to senior clients and
oversee Client Partners and Directors
Lead the adoption of innovative digital solutions and foster a
culture of excellence within the Client Services team
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 20 years of experience in client services roles, with
at least 10 years in leadership
Experience managing a P&L for a $50m USD portfolio
Expertise in Enterprise Technology, Digital Delivery, Business
Development, or Digital Strategy
Proven success in account growth and managing multi-million dollar
accounts
An empathetic leader who values diversity and has excellent
negotiation skills
