What You’ll Be Doing As an Account Manager for Frontier residential sales, you will be tasked with: Communicating with clients, resolving conflicts, and overall compliance Reviewing all major client deliverables. Making sure that all client issues are dealt with efficiently. Assisting sales team members with managing customer expectations and handling escalated concerns. Collaborating with the sales team to improve strategies and techniques. Ensure constant two-way communication between the client and team.
