Wealth building retirement program ) is looking to hire an organized, professional Plumbing Quality Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.Responsibilities:
  • Perform plumbing quality inspections on new, residential home sites (specific community assignments)
  • Travel to sites based on quality inspection schedule (perform field audits - rough and finish, weekly)
  • Partner with Superintendents as needed
  • Populate Inspection Form for each job
  • Follow up on incompletes/MISSES
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Review all sewer/ground waste issues (bellies, blockages) with GM's
  • Assist in Standardizing all SOP's with GM's
  • Inspect vans - organized and clean
  • Safety standards - first aid kit, fire extinguisher (up to date)
  • Ensure all paperwork is handed in on time
  • Assist in training new hires/existing employees - as needed
  • Improve quality through education and engagement
  • Sit in on Superintendent's meeting with GM's (as requested)
  • Reduce BC risk
  • Lower Customer Service calls
  • Identify material issues that could cause serious challenges later
  • Identify processes that are incorrect or could use updating
    • Perform all other duties as assigned Position Requirements Qualifications:
      • Skilled in plumbing and inspecting new, residential home construction.
      • Must possess a calm demeanor and be team oriented.
      • Understanding of the construction process.
      • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
      • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.Pay Range: $18 - $25 hourlyPI216020868
