LifeLine campaign! T&R Frameworks is an established firm
consistently delivering creative and engaging direct marketing

for an assertive & compassionate Customer Acquisition Specialist in
San Bernardino. This role on our LifeLine campaign will involve you
in proactively identifying, engaging, & enrolling new eligible
individuals into essential government-assisted wireless & broadband
communication services. As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you
will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, learning advanced
techniques for direct customer engagement & compliant enrollment.
You'll develop expertise in navigating eligibility criteria,
presenting program benefits persuasively, & efficiently processing
applications to secure new client activations. Your work will
directly expand access to vital communication services for the San
Bernardino community. Key Responsibilities of the Customer
Acquisition Specialist Proactively identify & engage with a high
volume of prospective customers in diverse community settings &
designated outreach locations throughout San Bernardino. Clearly
and persuasively articulate LifeLine wireless & broadband program
benefits and features, tailoring presentations and addressing
questions effectively. Accurately assess potential client
eligibility for the LifeLine program by verifying required
documents according to regulations. Facilitate the entire
enrollment process for applicants, including digital and physical
forms, and instant device activation, ensuring accurate data and
compliance. Address customer objections about program details and
eligibility with a positive, solution-focused approach to ensure
successful acquisition. Consistently achieve & exceed customer
acquisition targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to
measurable results & contributing significantly to overall client
growth. Meticulously maintain confidential records of prospecting,
customer interactions, eligibility, and enrollment within the CRM
system. Strict adherence to all federal, state, and company
LifeLine program and direct sales compliance protocols is required,
maintaining high ethical standards. Actively participate in team
meetings, sales training, and coaching to refine customer
acquisition strategies and techniques. Manage portable enrollment
stations, devices, and marketing materials, ensuring they are
prepared and operational for daily field use. Relay customer
feedback and market insights to management to optimize outreach
strategies and program improvements.
