A company is looking for a Team Lead, Care Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Care
Engagement Team
Conduct telephonic outreach to members for various engagement
initiatives
Perform auditing processes, identify trends, and report on
productivity
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with 5 years of experience
2+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid managed care, or
insurance environment preferred
4+ years of combined customer service and call center
experience
Knowledge of managed care software systems preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
