Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Contact Center
Representative (CCC).
Key Responsibilities
Assess and address basic support issues from incoming calls
Create support cases and monitor call tracking systems
Transfer calls to appropriate parties and maintain call
statistics
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service or call center
experience
Ability to acquire stable internet connection meeting specified
speed requirements
Experience with multi-line phones
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of or experience with relevant products and services is a
plus
