Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrations Specialist to support
their System Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and complete remote installations, including
configuration and troubleshooting of various integrations
Create and update integration manuals and internal training
materials
Provide customer service and support for retention efforts
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Point of Sale hardware and software
troubleshooting
High School Diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office, SQL, and Salesforce (or similar
CRM)
Ability to work within a team environment and adapt to frequent
change
Typing proficiency of 50-70 wpm
