Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections
activity
Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive
results
Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer
Service roles
Ability to accurately enter and update data on company/client
systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented
environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as
needed
