Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to assist clients with
their loan needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assess borrowers' loan requirements and consult on suitable loan
options
Manage the loan application process and ensure a seamless
experience for clients
Utilize technology to manage a large pipeline and maintain
performance indicators
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of successful consumer lending sales experience,
preferably 5 years
Proficient in Encompass (LOS) and Velocify (CRM)
NMLS SAFE ACT compliant with 5 or more active state licenses
Proven track record in the mortgage environment
