Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor III, Specialty
Loans.
Key Responsibilities
Process and pre-underwrite specialty loans, ensuring compliance
with standards
Act as a liaison between loan officers, borrowers, underwriters,
and funding
Monitor loan processing cycle time and resolve issues that may
delay closing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; preferred college courses in
Business, Finance, or related fields
Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific
experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond loans
Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory
requirements
Strong judgment and critical thinking skills for evaluating loan
applications
Experience with internal data entry systems and Microsoft Office
programs
