A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding
benefits, eligibility, and claims
Educate customers on health care topics and assist with selecting
benefit plans
Research complex issues and provide follow-up to ensure resolution
of customer concerns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to
customers
Proficient in navigating healthcare-related information and
processes
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
