Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Delivery Coordinator -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Audit delivery orders and exception reports to identify and resolve
problems
Advise teammates and delivery providers on necessary actions to
execute the business plan
Analyze requests from teammates, providing approvals or alternative
solutions to ensure customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of office/clerical experience with customer relations and
problem resolution
Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours as
needed
Knowledge of computers and Microsoft products
Data entry skills meeting department requirements; 50 words per
minute
