Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Advisor for Asset
Management - Global Fiduciary Risk Oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compliance oversight and guidance for Asset Management
products in accordance with fiduciary standards and regulations
Analyze control environments and provide expert advice to
strengthen compliance controls
Interact with regulators and assist in the oversight of
examinations and compliance risk assessments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
10 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a
relevant function
Working knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best
practices
Proven track record in risk and control oversight
In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 14 years of higher
education and/or work experience, including 10 years in a relevant
function
