Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Obtain proper authorizations and check eligibility for patients to receive Intensive Outpatient Treatment, or psychotherapy services.

Interacting with various clinics, doctor's offices, and insurance contacts to keep them informed regarding the patient's progress and requesting continuation of treatment coverage as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• At minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent Licensure:
  • NA Experience:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Basic computer skills; Excel and prior experience with electronic medical record.
    • Previous experience working with insurance authorizations. PAY / BENEFITS
      Estimated pay: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour based on qualifications (including but not limited to experience, education, certifications, and licensure where applicable).
