Job Description:

We are looing for someone to join our team onsite in Palm Springs, CABasic Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Troubleshoot, maintain and configure internal and customer facing Windows 2012 Servers and higher.Troubleshoot, maintain and configure backups for internal and customer facing Windows 2012 Servers and higher.Utilize MDM and other management tools to deploy software and applications to user endpoints.Assist with security stack administration and troubleshooting (DUO 2FA, Cisco Amp, CISCO Umbrella, Mimecast)Act as an escalation point for end user Help Desk Support.Define and document best practices and support procedures.Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.Other duties as assigned.
