Your role will be to perform a wide array of procurement and contract duties for the agency. As a member of the Finance department, you will work with the Procurement Officer and report to our Procurement Officer. What You Will Do: Prepare formal and informal bidding processes including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and IFBs Conduct bid and proposal evaluations, site walks, resolve any disputes and standardize contract terminology Ensures adequacy and integrity of sub-award data. Receive, evaluate and act on value engineering and other change proposals Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Manage multiple projects at varying stages. Perform other procurement and finance duties as assigned What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Bachelor's Degree 2 years of accounting experience preferred Analytical Skills Excellent Computer Skills Microsoft Office - Excel and Word Organizational skills and ability to assess priorities Why You'll Love Us: VISION SunLine Transit Agency is the regional transportation mode of choice.
