We strive to deliver unparalleled service experiences for our high net-worth members and their guests on a daily basis.Our work environment includes: Food provided On-the-job training Safe work environment Modern office setting Growth opportunities VINTAGE CLUB SALES JOB TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR POSITION SKILLS SUMMARY: Receptionist of high end sales office. Seeking a team member who is personable, welcoming and outgoing. Previous customer service, office skills and professional presence required. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with defined ability to interact with high net worth clients. Our success is measured by the superior service we provide our members and clients every day. It all begins with that critical first impression created by our Client Services Administrator. Compensation comensurate with experience. Job Functions (Will be expanded upon as training progresses). Greet & Assist Members, Vendors, Guests Answer Phones Assist sales team as directed. Maintain and stock all office hospitality stations in sales office daily Open/Stage Houses for Showings - Lock Down/Close Houses After Showing Assist in creating detailed furniture Inventory lists for new listings Post Showing Appointments and clients into appointment book and database. Call/Text/Email Members and/or Property Managers Regarding Upcoming, Scheduled Appointments Consistently Checking Appointment Book for Changes, Updates, Cancellations Traffic Report Weekly General Admin. Asst. Duties Notary Public. Service provided to our members/clients. (not required but a plus) Occasionally Attend & Assist with Mixer Events Various Tasks to assist and contribute to the Success of our Team General Office Tasks Security clearance -vendors and clients and use Security Computer Basic Reception duties (Appointment book, Up-Log, Client Cards, Packets, Collaterals) Open/Close homes for site tours Host Open House/Home Tours when requested Mailings (Fed-Ex, Postage, Postage, Postage Meter, Direct Mail) CRM database input and management Process Guest Cards Operate all office equipment Sales Office open and close procedures, assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of office Oversee sales appointment process as it relates to brokers, clients, and properties being viewed each day.
