-Design, promote and direct all tennis activities and conduct
tennis clinics and instructional programs/lessons.
-Promotes inter-connectivity/cross-promotion and cross-programming
among tennis, golf, exercise physiology, nutrition, sports
mindfulness, and Spa.
-Work with tecxhnology also used by the Wellness Director and
colleagues for certain integrative wellness assessment/tennis
-Prepares and manage budgets for tennis operations.
-Provides daily accounting of the entire tennis revenue stream and

-Assist the Retail Manager with selection and sourcing of
merchandise for Tennis Shop.

recommendations on areas needing attention.
-Coordinates regular maintenance, repair and cleaning of courts
with grounds and maintenance departments.
-Selects, trains, supervises, schedules, and evaluates the Tennis
Instructors and other tennis staff.
-Ensures that all guests receive courteous, prompt and professional
attention to all their tennis needs.
-Plans, promotes, and directs all tennis activities including daily
-Plays tennis with guests of all skill-levels to generate

-Attend all staff, management, and other applicable meetings.
-Maintains records relating to player and guest rounds and other
