Responsible for performing
cashier audits and provides audit support for accuracy of financial
- Sorts jackpot
and fill tickets, processing and balance hard and soft count
- Develops daily
drop and win activity reports and ensuring compliance to the system
of internal controls.
- Conducts audits
within the casino for the review of accounting, financial and other
operations by measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the
compliance review of all gaming related areas to ascertain proper
adherence to all applicable gaming laws and
- Knows or learns
the casino’s Title 31 requirements and the necessary steps for

slot meters through a series of testing to determine whether a

Must have the
ability to perform under frequent time constraints and the

successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with

required. Two (2) year associate degree in business, accounting,
economics or similar field is preferred. Experience in accounting,
auditing or other financial operations can substitute for

pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming
license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency.
Exceptional reading, writing and
public speaking skills are important to the successful conduct of
this position. Ability to read, analyze and interpret
technical reports, general business periodicals, professional

office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer
keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line
telephone. Visual acuity, close vision, color vision,
distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to
adjust focus to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness
of the work performed or to make general observations of
facilities, guests and Team members.
The duties of this
position are typically performed in a fast paced office environment
with low to moderate noise, and adequate lighting.

Because we are open 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in
scheduling and may require team members to be available for
evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. A typical workweek
is 40 hours and normal work schedules may vary based on business
needs and may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday.
