Completes enrollment for New Orientation attendance
Facilitates Pre-full-time Orientation Meetings and
Reviews and validates required forms for completeness, accuracy,
and appropriate signatures
Reviews benefit plans and enrollment options
Takes photo for new employee badge and assigns security access
Verifies status of detail oriented licensure for all licensed
new hires by utilizing the appropriate licensing boards
- Accurately enters or reviews entered data and validates
employee data into the HRIS Workday system including:
Review/enter start/stop date changes

Collects and enters student, physician, and contractor data in
