Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Customer
Liaison / Inside Salesperson to work their front desk and to
perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Multitasking and remaining calm under pressure, a sense of customer
service and sense of urgency when needed are essential for this
position. Ultimately, the duties and responsibilities are to
maintain positive contact with new and existing customers and
execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality
The successful candidate will work with CRM software, HubSpot
performing follow up emails, inquires and data entry for new
clients and customers. Maintaining contact with customers with
updates and information.
You will also coordinate front-desk activities. To be successful,
you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer
service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a
timely and effective manner, while streamlining office
The position will ultimately report to the General Manager and/or
CEO, attending marketing and sales meetings to keep up to date with
- Maintain Customer
details and information in HubSpot CRM
- Answer, screen, and
forward incoming phone calls as needed.
- Take down details
and the reason for the call where necessary to be put in HubSpot
- Ensure reception
area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and
material (e.G. Pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and
accurate information via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and
distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office
supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform other
clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
- Report to the
General Manager and/or CEO and coordinate with the Marketing
- Experience with
HubSpot or other CRM essential to position
- Proven work
experience as a customer service representative or similar
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and
experience with CRM programs especially HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience
with office equipment (e.G. Fax machines and printers)

- Ability to be
resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and
time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service
- High school degree:
additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/HR
