Come join our solutions-oriented company where you can find your purpose AND a career!We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to help us increase our sales revenues and grow customer relationships. The territory includes California and Arizona. This is a salary plus commission position with significant earning potential. In the Sales Account Executive role, you will use solution selling skills to hunt for new business within assigned territory and focus on expanding services to existing customers. Are you an excellent communicator who understands customer needs? Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our accounts in the territory. What You Would Do Creates sustainable customer focus in assigned territory, contacting or visiting each customer at least once per year and documenting call details in Salesforce.com.Follows the process of creating and maintaining documented Opportunities in Salesforce.com, qualifies potential new customers, delivers presentations on LPis products and services to key decision-makers, and turns established prospects into contracted customers. Ensures the opportunity funnel is maintained and continually updated, and opportunities do not extend past their noted Close Date.Negotiates and closes successful agreements at or above the assigned annual sales plan for the territory for new and renewal LPi customers across all LPi product lines, assigned territory, and across all competitors.Creates and maintains records in Salesforce.com that document sales activities: calls, contacts, visits, and files that include all pertinent information on the account, current product, and existing advertisers for the assigned territory.Reviews sales pipeline with the Manager to identify and eliminate any obstacles to contract signing.Works with management in order to help set direction, effectively manages time in the field, and establishes direct marketing support for assigned territories.Maintains accountability for each sales opportunity, advances certain Your Skills and Knowledge Business degree preferredAbility to travel 25-30% or more as required (POST COVID RESTRICTIONS)2+ years of prior sales experience preferredDemonstrates flexibility and adaptability to adjust with ease to changing environment and circumstances.Above-average organization and time management skillsStrong sales personality traits including: optimism, drive, perseverance, personal accountability, and resilience.Thorough knowledge of marketing practices and skills, in addition to advertising and print industry standards.Understands the business across the company, the account and advertisers.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.Above-average judgment and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written language skillsWorking knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Must have a valid drivers license.
