Job Description Job Description Job Title: Corporate & Tax Legal Assistant (Transactional) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Hybrid Base Salary: $95,000–$125,000/year (Based on experience) Additional Compensation: Bonus eligible Office Locations San Diego – Downtown San Diego – Del Mar Orange County About the Role We are hiring a Corporate & Tax Legal Assistant to support a transactional practice at a respected law firm. This is not a litigation role. This is a deal-driven support role with a mix of administrative and billable work. If your background is court filings, trial prep, or litigation calendars, this role is not a fit. Must-Have Experience (Read Carefully) You must have experience supporting transactional practices , including: Drafting and revising corporate / transactional documents Coordinating signature packets (DocuSign and wet signatures) Supporting closings and post-closing follow-up Managing multiple attorneys tied to deal timelines Exposure to entity work and due diligence is a plus.
