This role focuses on driving customer engagement, maximizing retention, and boosting customer satisfaction through innovative strategies and deep insights into client needs. As a Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the approach to customer success in alignment with our global technology and payment services, ensuring that our solutions continually surpass client expectations. Develop and implement comprehensive client success strategies that align with company goals. Lead a team of client success managers and specialists, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and problem-solving. Maintain high customer satisfaction by managing client expectations and delivering outstanding service. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and promote client retention through various initiatives. Monitor customer health metrics, prepare reports, and provide executive leadership with insights and strategic recommendations. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage client relationships at a strategic level Strong analytical skills to evaluate success metrics and adapt strategies as necessary Experience with CRM software and client success tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar qualifications beneficial
