Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interim Human Resources Manager for
temporary coverage from June through November 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employment lifecycle
processes, and employee relations
Support recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for
new hires globally
Coordinate internal HR communications and lead various HR
initiatives during the leave period
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with progressive growth
and responsibility
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or
equivalent experience
Proven success working remotely and across global, culturally
diverse teams
Familiarity with nonprofit or social impact organizations is
preferred
Experience overseeing global mobility and visa application
processes is strongly preferred
