The successful candidate will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care at collaboratively managed healthcare facilities. This fellowship is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and practical, clinical expertise in high-intensity settings. Assist in managing patient care under the supervision of physicians in the emergency, critical care, and psychiatric departments. Perform patient assessments, including medical history evaluation and physical examination. Collaborate with the medical team to plan and implement comprehensive patient care strategies. Participate in clinical rounds, providing insights and summarizing patient progress. Engage in specialized training sessions and seminars to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Assist with the documentation of patient care in electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Contribute to research projects and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital setting.
