Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine - Riverside/Moreno Valley StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $270000.00 - $300000.00 Specialty: Family Medicine Locations Needing Experienced Physicians: oMoreno Valley, CA oSan Diego, CA Opportunity Details: ·Patient Population: all ages ·Typical Daily Volume: 18–22 patients per day ·Practice Setting: 100% outpatient ·No call requirements, Nurse practitioners take all evening and weekend call Compensation & Benefits ·Base Salary: $275K - $300K based on experience ·Bonus: RVU-based, up to $25,000–$30,000 annually ·Sign-On – 20k, Relocation allowance – 10k ·Employment Model: W-2, employed ·Benefits Package: o100% of health benefits covered for employee o401(k) with employer match o5 weeks PTO 9 paid holidays oOpen to International Medical Graduates (IMGs) Schedule: ·Schedule: Monday – Friday o36 clinical hours o4 administrative hours ·Appointment Time: 20 minutes per patient ·Clinical Support Includes: oDedicated medical scribes oRefill/prior authorization team oIn-house nurses oDedicated inbox management oEpic EMR ?
