Job Description We are seeking an experienced Manager of Central Sterile Processing to lead sterile processing operations in a high-performing hospital environment. This role ensures surgical instruments and medical devices are properly cleaned, sterilized, assembled, and maintained to meet strict safety and regulatory standards. The manager will oversee daily department operations, supervise staff, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate with surgical and hospital leadership to improve workflow, efficiency, and patient safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily sterile processing operations supporting surgical and procedural services Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of sterile processing teams Ensure compliance with AAMI, AORN, OSHA, FDA, and CDC standards Implement infection control and quality assurance procedures Monitor department performance metrics and operational reporting Coordinate with OR teams and supply chain to improve workflow and instrument availability Maintain proper sterilization, assembly, and storage of surgical instruments Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department
