Job Description Job Description Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Location: Los Angeles, CA Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year Summary This COTA role is all about practical impact: helping patients practice the skills they need to manage life more independently. You’ll work closely with an OT, deliver hands-on sessions, and document outcomes so the care plan stays clear and effective. Responsibilities Carry out occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision Support patients with self-care tasks, strength, balance, and fine motor goals Adapt activities to match a patient’s abilities and safety needs Track progress and complete daily documentation accurately Communicate with the OT and care team to keep treatment moving forward Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards Requirements Associate degree from an accredited OTA program Current California COTA license (or eligible) NBCOT certification Strong documentation and communication skills Experience in a clinical setting is a plus (new grads welcome) Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Send over your resume and let’s set up a quick conversation to see if this schedule and setting fit what you want next.
