Physical Therapist – Full-Time (Flexible Schedule) Location: DT EL Cajon ( 139 North Magnolia Ave. El Cajon, CA 92020) Salary Range: Starting salary at $85,000- $95,000 plus monthly productivity bonus. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines Requirements/Qualifications: California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making skills Works as a collaborative team member with other staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care Ready to make a difference?
