Per Diem Surgical Oncologist / Colorectal Surgeon Location: Southern California Duration: December 1 March 31 Schedule: Weekend call coverage: 2 weekends/month through January, 1 weekend/month February March Shift: Friday 7 PM Monday 7 AM Scope of Practice: Weekend call coverage for inpatients Rounding on hospitalized patients Approximately 2 inpatient consults per day Facility: Stand-alone cancer center with evaluation and treatment capabilities beds to start (expandable to 73), 8 ICU beds (expandable to 20), 8 ETC beds EPIC EMR Support: CRNA/MDA on call 24/7, 1 other vascular surgeon Requirements: Board Certified Active CA medical license and DEA
