Job Description:

*IR Centers at Urologic Insititute* is a multidisciplinary private practice endovascular lab in Palm Springs, CA. We are leading minimally invasive procedures across the U.S. by providing interventional radiology services in an outpatient setting.Skills:* Administering moderate sedation and monitoring patient response* IV placement and management* Patient monitoring and emergency response* Proficient in assessing and documenting patient vitals* Proficiency in EMR systems (eCW preferred) and MS OfficeResponsibilities:* Prepares patients and procedure rooms for radiology procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations* Conducts pre-op calls and explains procedures to patients, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient confidentiality (HIPAA)* Supports and drives quality patient care by implementing facility-specific action plans and goals* Performs tasks with considerable judgment, providing assistance to team members and offering solutions* Ensures medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations, performing regular audits* Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the facility, inspecting equipment, recommending repairs, and managing supplies efficiently* Assists with hazardous waste disposal and upholds environmental standards* Attends meetings, collaborates with physicians, and addresses their concerns* Participates in the development of radiography policies and supports regulatory surveys* Administers moderate sedation during procedureQualifications (Required):* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing* Valid RN license in the state of California* BLS certification, ACLS certification (Or willingness to obtain)* EnglishIR Centers is an equal opportunity employer.
