Job SummaryDesert Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our team in the Orthopedic Spine department. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, managing human resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Orthopedic Spine department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and departmental operations.
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.Requirements
  • Current California RN License
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in Orthopedic Spine
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
    • Previous management experience in a healthcare setting
