We're seeking a licensed/certified physical therapy assistant qualified to work in California. We are a 58-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in long-term care. -We have a newly refurbished rehab gym, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 (paid over 6 months, certain qualifications apply).Work in the beautiful Morongo Basin in Yucca Valley, close to Joshua Tree National Park with lots of outdoor activities, low cost of living, and great weather. Just hours from Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas. -Responsibilities include:

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to facility, state and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
• Perform physical therapy treatment tasks as delegated by and supervised by physical therapists.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with facility -departments to ensure that patient, staff and hospital needs are met.
• Document -physical therapy services by charting in the resident medical record
  
  Credentials:
• Current state licensure or certification as a physical therapy assistant in the state of California required.
