A company is looking for a Senior Director of RTR.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of accounting functions and ensure compliance with
US GAAP
Oversee the financial close process and deliver accurate financial
reporting
Develop and maintain internal systems and financial controls while
leading a team of accounting professionals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience in accounting
7+ years in a leadership role
Strong technical accounting background with a CPA required
4+ years of audit/assurance experience from a Big 4 public
accounting firm preferred
Experience in scaling accounting teams and processes to support
business growth
