A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of Engineers delivering new features and
enhancements
Oversee technical delivery operations for Customer Success systems
and provide leadership and direction to the team
Define and maintain the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with
team and company strategy
Required Qualifications
Experience delivering high impact Customer Success initiatives as
part of or leading a technical team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Well-versed in Customer Success systems and technologies
Implementation expertise on systems projects with large
transactional volumes
Experience in developing and retaining a highly talented team
