Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinician
Network to lead the strategic growth and operations of its global
clinician network.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations management and enhance service delivery in CNS
therapeutic areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement quality
training and data analysis programs
Manage departmental staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and
development
Required Qualifications
10+ years of clinical trials operations experience in a
Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment
BA/BS degree (relevant Master's degree preferred)
Strong knowledge of traditional neuropsychological/psychological
assessment tools
10+ years of successful mid to large size team management
Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing
teams
