Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vulnerability Management Director to
lead and enhance its cybersecurity vulnerability management
program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the vision and strategy for the vulnerability
management program
Lead and mentor a team of vulnerability management engineers,
fostering a collaborative environment
Continuously improve the vulnerability management process and
ensure compliance with security regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on vulnerability
management
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and setting
technical direction
Deep understanding of vulnerability scanning tools and assessment
methodologies
Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to
changing priorities
