Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Product Manager -
Enrollment & Billing.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the Enrollment & Billing product strategy and
roadmap
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and new
capabilities for the Enrollment & Billing domain
Own the performance and maturity of the Enrollment & Billing
workstream, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, operations, or
technology leadership in the healthcare payer space
Deep knowledge of enrollment & billing processes across Medicaid,
Medicare, Commercial, and Marketplace
Proven experience with BPaaS, SaaS, or platform-based service
delivery models
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive
initiatives from concept through execution
Strong understanding of HIPAA, CMS, and ACA regulatory
environments
