Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Project Manager
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage complex operational projects from development
through execution, ensuring milestones are met
Create detailed project plans and track progress while
communicating changes to stakeholders
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, monitor project work, and ensure
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven years of project
management experience
Extensive experience in continuous improvement methodologies;
Six-sigma black belt certification preferred
Experience managing operational and corporate projects; PMP
certification preferred
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows associated
with healthcare claim processing preferred
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and develop strong
relationships with management
