Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager I to lead a team
focused on enhancing customer engagement and retention through
multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business goals and develop effective CRM marketing
strategies and roadmaps
Drive campaign strategies and manage a team of CRM marketing
managers
Utilize data for campaign optimization and communicate insights to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital
marketing
2+ years of marketing management experience with a successful track
record
Expertise in strategic and technical marketing, particularly in
email and push channels
Experience with CRM tools and building lifecycle marketing programs
across multiple channels
Hands-on experience with email service providers and engagement
marketing tools
