DescriptionThe Project Manager - DSA Construction Work is responsible for:

• building 1 large project at a time, often over $20 million in value
• managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
• serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
• managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the SuperintendentApply today for immediate consideration.ProfileThe right Project Manager - DSA Construction Work has:
  • at least 7 years of construction project management experience specifically with DSA projects
  • a background building projects over $10 million in value
  • communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
  • a Bachelor's DegreeJob OfferThe Project Manager - DSAConstruction Work receives:
    • base salary up to $140,000
    • car allowance ($400 monthly)
    • 3 weeks vacation
    • health insurance and dental insurance
