Responsibilities: To provide operational direction and clinically supervise all Recovery Services at Hazelden Betty Ford in Rancho Mirage, CA and other components within Recovery Services as assigned. Oversee responsible budget areas and personnel for these departments. Monitor and pursue execution of dashboard metrics and organizational goals assigned to site. Facilitate resolution of patient grievances and complaints. Provide leadership that encourages service delivery in a manner that reflects addiction as a disease, requiring a chronic care model of lifelong management and recovery. Provide leadership via clinical supervision, representation of outpatient hub perspectives on national teams addressing organizational initiatives and goals, growth and innovation in treatment delivery and care, oversight and management of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws pertaining to addiction healthcare, Joint Commission compliance oversight, program development, and expansion and marketing of new services.Provide administrative and clinical direction for services and programs withinscope of responsibilitySupervise staff and coach employee work outcomes to result in the implementation and achievement of goals and action plans and adherence to established budgets within predefined time framesParticipate in planning processes for designated clinical servicesOversee all clinical services and programs identified in the plan for professional services to ensure quality of patient careParticipate in continuous improvement of the outcomes of care and the processes of service deliveryParticipate in customer education through lectures, individual information sessions and groupsDevelop and monitor departmental budgets and serve on the Leadership Team to ensure efficient operationsContinually seek and demonstrate knowledge in addiction field and facilitate others to demonstrate knowledge to result in optimum expertise and resources Qualifications: Required:Masters DegreeCA: LAADC or CADCThree or more years of management experience and/or trainingFive or more years experience in the addiction field with a minimum of two years with Twelve Step facilitationTwo years freedom from chemical use problemsPreferred:Doctorate Degree
