Job Description:
Principal Systems Analyst Capstone Research Corporation is
seeking to expand our team. Capstone Research Corporation is

data, and internal equity. We have an immediate opening for a
Principal Systems Analyst who will support the Navy for a high
profile PEO C4I and NAVWAR Project in in San Diego, CA. Key
Responsibilities Lead critical efforts to integrate network systems
onboard US Navy ships Help support system architecture and design,
systems documentation, systems requirements, and systems
verification for installation and use cases to support high end
warfighting requirements in various EMCON conditions. Provide
direct support to Government stakeholders and serve as a team lead
for key technical projects including training, integration with
existing systems and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures
development. Manage assigned projects to include staffing and
associated budget where required. Coordinate efforts across the DoD
services, to include multiple government and industry partners
through leadership in related Integrated Product Teams and Working
Groups. Represent the program to other Navy elements and Joint
partners for inclusion in various Exercises and Test events.
Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to
high-ranking Government and Military stakeholders. Must be able to
able understand how the system fits into the broader Enterprise
solutions and technologies in order to integrate kill chain
capability across multiple stakeholder projects. Build long-term
relationships with new and existing customers. Develop and execute
a growth strategy for the Navy Group that aligns with Capstone
Research's growth strategy. Requirements: MS degree in an
Engineering field or similar experience with 20 years of technical
and project management experience. Demonstrated ability to plan and
execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial
concept definition through integration and test, incorporating
complex threat scenarios. Expert knowledge and experience with US
military, mainly Navy ships and associated Type Commanders,
training organizations and acquisition elements. Experience running
complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle
from concept definition through fielding and sustainment.
Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts,
and technologies Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task
leadership for the Company. Good problem-solving skills and
excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations. Top Secret
Security Clearance TS/SCI required Must be US Citizen
