Senior Engineering Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company BGS Commercial Modifications Engineering is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Engineering Operations Specialist in Long Beach, California to support our Commercial Engineering and leadership teams. We have a collaborative team culture that values initiative, clarity, and measurable results. In this role you will support BGS Commercial Engineering and leadership team with daily operations, resource management and forecasting, presentation support and supporting business initiatives. You will work closely with our engineering, finance, and program management teams to build relationships and deliver results. Position Responsibilities: Capacity planning & forecasting for all levels of management, quarterly forecasts and long-range business support, financial data integration, and critical skills coordination with management. Data analysis, employment and forecasting metrics support, leadership briefings, and database forecast management Provide business operational support and program engineering management integration. Communicate and implement recommended resource and financial strategy Basic Qualifications: 10 years of experience in a Business Operations or Finance role, and/or related disciplines Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3 years of experience communicating and implementing business operations strategy with senior and/or executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to lead cross?functional projects, influence without authority, and drive results in a fast?paced environment Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations High degree of organization, initiative, and professionalism; comfortable managing competing priorities Conflict Of Interest: Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process.
