talented and experienced Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team
and contribute to the development of next-generation aerospace
systems. Job Overview As a Controls Engineer at our organization,
you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and
maintaining control systems for various aerospace applications. You
will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative
solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace
industry. This position requires a strong background in control
systems, proficiency in SIEMENS and Allen Bradley PLC programming,
and experience with AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities Design, develop,
and implement control systems for aerospace applications using
SIEMENS and Allen Bradley PLCs Create and maintain detailed
technical documentation, including control system schematics,
wiring diagrams, and operation manuals using AutoCAD Collaborate
with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate
control systems into complex aerospace projects Perform system
analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure optimal
performance of control systems Develop and execute test plans to
validate control system functionality and compliance with industry
standards Provide technical support for existing control systems
and implement upgrades as needed Participate in project meetings
and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients
and suppliers Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in
control system technologies and industry best practices Mentor
junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of
engineering processes Ensure compliance with safety regulations and
quality standards throughout all phases of projects Required
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control
Systems Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of
experience in control systems engineering, preferably in the
aerospace industry Proficiency in programming SIEMENS and Allen
Bradley PLCs Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for creating technical
drawings and schematics Experience with industrial communication
protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) Familiarity with
HMI development and SCADA systems Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork
skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Control
Systems Engineering or a related field Experience with aerospace
control systems and regulations (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254) CE, UL,
NEC, IEC 60204-1, NFPA 79, ISO 13849-1, IEC 6206
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience working in the field of manufacturing
automation or similar Preferred experience in SCADA
systems/historians, OSI Pi historian, SQL server
