Job Description:
SUMMARY This position ensures smooth office operations while
delivering exceptional service by providing the location's general
office and administrative support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The duties
listed below are essential functions of the position that must be
performed to effectively perform the position in at least an
acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other
duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the
position: * Purchases and maintains office supplies, stationery,
and equipment; oversees mail distribution. * Responsible for
maintaining and tracking office keys, including ordering, issuing,
and replacing office keys. * Resolve resident complaints or pass
them to the proper person for resolution and Follow-up to ensure
appropriate handling. * Manage the waiting list, including adding
applicants, removing applicants, and sending correspondence to
applicants. * Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Communication/Interpersonal: * Effective oral and written
communication skills appropriate to the audience's needs. * Ability
to develop and deliver effective presentations live via online or
virtual mediums. * Excellent collaboration and team-building

effectively build relationships with customers, executive
management, and other stakeholders through positive interaction,
