The Office Assistant primary focus of this position is to ensure
smooth office operations and to meet the administrative and
organizational needs of the Director, Medical Director, and
departmental staff of the Behavioral Health Center. The Office
Assistant also acts independently, exercising considerable judgment
as a routine part of the job, anticipating and identifying problems
and where appropriate, implementing solutions. The Office Assistant
must manage complex issues involving multiple and simultaneous
tasks that include continual public and interdepartmental contact.

Experience: Several years' experience with complex office
procedures, including ability to work independently highly
desirable; or any combination of education and experience that
would provide the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to
perform the job.

use/development, presentation programs, use of scanning equipment.
- Must be comfortable working with a chronic mentally ill patient

Estimated pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on qualifications
(including but not limited to experience, education,
certifications, and licensure where applicable).
