Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales office operations in the local branch office. The ideal candidate will have a Real Estate background, strong service background, attention to detail, a high understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills and a willingness to be part of a team. Job duties will include administrative support, technology and Company system support, and other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual;
  • Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail;
  • May work on special projectQualifications:
    • 5-10 years of experience;
    • Real Estate background preferred
    • Familiarity with MS Office required;
    • Proficient and skilled in social media applications including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, company web pages, MLS
    • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential; and
    • Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks
